Kathryn Bruni-Young is a yoga teacher and mindful strength trainer. After 10 years of teaching yoga she is excited to have developed her own method of practice, blending strength practices with mindful movement.
She teaches her own teacher training program as well as workshops, online courses and seminars all over the country. She has trained with different teachers of unique disciplines, among her favourite have been Ido Portal, Richard Freeman and the PICP program.
As the Owner of QUEST PTS Gym, Tom's primary focus is on setting up his students for long-term success. He does this by fostering a culture that values proficient technique, disciplined training and nutritional habits, and honest hard work.
His coaching style reflects these beliefs, as he is uncompromising when it comes to lifting technique and nutritional habits, and does not allow quantity to come at the expense of quality.Nutritional Plans
Kyle Labelle is a certified Level 2 CrossFit Trainer, Head Coach and Co-owner of CrossFit Cornwall. Kyle was first introduced to CrossFit 6 years ago and has dedicated much of his time to learning everything he could. His time training and coaching have given him great knowledge of the strength and conditioning program.
Kyle dedicates much of his time with his athletes personally and athletically in order to gain trust and friendships with those he works with.
