Smoothie of the Week

For this smoothie we will be taking the following ingredients and simply blending them together!

  • 1 Scoop of Rebuild Recover
  • 1/2 a Cup of Blackberries (or your favorite berries!)
  • 1/2 a Cup of Coconut Milk
  • 1 Cup of Water or Ice

Once the desired consistency is achieved, drink and enjoy!
