Delivery Information

Our shipping policy is simple, we try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Once an order is placed, it can take up to 2 full business days to process. Please note that our warehouse does not operate during public/civic holidays and that we may experience higher than normal order volumes during sale periods, which may cause some delays in processing.

We ship items as soon as they become available. Because of this, your order may come in several shipments. You will never be charged additional shipping fees should this occur.

If further assistance is required please contact our customer service representatives. Please be advised that we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments where full addresses were not clearly outlined.

CANADA
We ship via two different shipping providers so you can choose the one that’s right for you. Please note that orders addressed to a P.O. Box will be shipped via Canada Post. Damaged or lost shipments should be reported to the shipping provider directly.

All US orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Some orders may be sent USPS First Class Mail depending on their size. However both have the same delivery time.

** Please ensure that all necessary shipping information such as apartment numbers, buzzer numbers, etc are filled out entirely on your order to avoid any shipping errors. We are not responsible should there be any delays in the delivery of your order due to missing/incorrect information.


Delivery FAQ's

Orders are usually processed within 48hours of receiving them (with exceptions of holidays). If your order has not been received the best way to handle the situation is to contact the shipper directly using your tracking number to find out where it is. If they are unable to help, contact one of our friendly customer service representatives for added assistance.
In this situation it is best to send us an email via our contact us page right away to ensure this issue can be rectified before your order is sent out. If your order has already shipped, you will have to deal with the shipping provider directly.
